We are open to the public and run nightly deep stack free poker games at various local venues in the Virginia area. Some of our present and past weekly poker venues include, Kickback Jacks, Club Midway, Buffalo Wild Wings and Holiday Inn.
Over 8 years ago, the Dogs Playing Poker League was created to have a “casino like feel” while playing free poker locally. The league excelled immediately and became the best league in Richmond by far, with using advanced technology, better quality materials, knowledgable directors and operators who care about poker and the league.
Over the years, DPPL took pride on being the league that every league in the state compared their experiences with. We have held various charity games in Richmond and the other cities including North Carolina and Virginia to help raise money to help people that needed it most.
We hold three seasonal main events for large cash and prizes for the players who make it in the points and a annual Tournament of Champions for the seasonal winners.
DPPL continues to create new ways to be competitive in the industry while bringing players the realest poker experience next to playing in the casino. |
